Temp Drones
- Adds a configurable uptime timer for player-owned drones/turrets (they can break and require repair).
- Supports tier-based durations (white/green/red) and per-drone duration overrides.
- Optionally prevents enemies from targeting player-owned drones/turrets.
- Can scale drone duration dynamically with run difficulty.
