Bloon Modpack Base Mod

This is the base mod for a big modpack that I'm working on. Changes several Survivors, as well as a few general fixes and improvements.

Configs (hopefully) coming soon!

Current Changes

General Changes:

  • Fixed Eclipse Revamped E1 applying outside of Eclipse
  • Replaced old E6 modifier with a 20% decrease to interactable spawns
  • Burn damage now has the "Bypass Armor" damage type
  • Moved Skillsmas's "Autonomous Organism" Acrid skill from the Utility slot to the Special slot
  • Increased the difficulty of Mithrix and Old Fathomless Voidling
  • Removed the on-hit damage reduction from Spikestrip's Plated Elites

Survivors

Mortician

General Added luminous shot support
Shovel Swing (Primary) Reduced damage from 800% to 380%
Increased ghoul/tombstone launch damage from 350% to 500%
Summon Ghoul (Secondary) Reduced Ghoul base damage stat from 12 to 8
Ghouls can no longer inherit equipment
Sacrifice (Utility) Increased damage from 700% to 925%
Increased explosion radius from 18m to 20m
Tombstone (Special) Reduced soul orb damage from 350% to 200%

Amp

General Added luminous shot support
Modified Shockblade (Primary) Increased proc coefficient from 0.1 to 1.0
Ferroshot (Secondary) Increased damage from 140% to 160%
Plasma Slash (Secondary) Increased grounded damage from 700% to 950%
Increased airborne damage from 500% to 700%
Surge (Utility) Completely reworked (at least until it gets fixed):
Charged. Blast yourself forwards, dealing 800% damage in an area around you.
Fulmination (Special) Increased total damage from 1600% to 2000%
Reduced startup time by 0.5s

Nemesis Amp

Fulmination (Primary) Increased proc coefficient from 0.2 to 1.0
Reduced ticks per second from 3 to 2.5

Arsonist (Complete Rework)

General Changes Overheat no longer weakens primary attacks and reduces attack speed, instead it increases movement speed by 25% and causes excess Heat to deal damage to you
Items and levels no longer affect the Heat gauge, it's now locked at 100 max Heat
Items like Alien Head no longer affect the Heat gained, it now remains consistent
Anticipation can no longer build up from added Heat while in Overheat
Fixed Pyromania self-ignite not dealing any damage
Dragon's Breath (Primary) Increased base ticks per second from 4 to 6, but removed exponential attack speed scaling
Reduced damage per tick from 90% to 75% (Overall DPS from 360% to 450%)
Increased heat cost by 33%
The amount of heat generated now properly increases with fire rate
Flare (Secondary) Reduced flare damage from 400% to 250% for both the DoT and the explosion
Increased split flare damage from 200% to 250%
Now deals 20% more damage per ignite stack on the enemy, so long as you aren't in Overheat
Overheat no longer reduces base damage and prevents splitting
Flare split radius now scales with enemy size
Removed flare DoT sound from split projectiles
Zero Point Blast (Secondary) Launch distance is now increased based on the amount of heat vented with this skill
During Overheat, launch distance is set to max but it doesn't deal any damage
Increased damage from 200% to 350%
Cleanse (Utility) Increased damage from 50% to 150%
Now also increases base health regeneration by 5 hp/s while the buff is active
Masochism (Special) Completely reworked:
Ignite. Cannot be used in Overheat. Consumes all Anticipation stacks to launch a spread of 5 fireballs with 20% lifesteal, each dealing 60% damage per Anticipation stack used. Overheat immediately after.
Spite (Special) Increased explosion damage per Anticipation stack from 70% to 300%
No longer grants lifesteal or movement speed
Now causes 100% of incoming damage to be converted into burn damage for the duration
Removed Anticipation threshold for Double Tap
Reduced Heat gain per second from 8 to 5
No longer deals self damage

Desolator

General Changes All skills now use the radiation effect from Meltdown
Special Skills Reduced proc coefficient from 0.7 to 0.2

Items

Common/White

Stun Grenade Now deals 200% base damage when procced
Armor-Piercing Rounds Now also grants 5% (+5% per stack) bonus damage against elites
Bolstering Lantern Complete Rework:
Increases attack speed by 8% and health regeneration by 0.8 hp/s for each enemy or ally within 20m (+4m per stack), up to a maximum of 4 (+2 per stack) times.
Warped Echo (Base rework from Flat Item Buff) Complete Rework:
50% of any damage you take is delayed for 3s. While delayed damage is being processed, gain 15% (+15% per stack) attack speed and movement speed, and reduce skill cooldowns by 10% (+10% per stack).
Bustling Fungus Reduced activation time from 1s to 0.5s
Bison Steak Increased Max HP bonus from 25 to 30
Now also increases health regeneration by 2 hp/s for 3s (+1s per stack) on kill, up to a maximum of 2 (+1 per stack) times.
Chronic Expansion Increased duration from 7s to 9s
Reduced damage bonus from 3.5% (+1% per stack) to 3% (+0.5% per stack)
Milk Carton (Too Many Items) Now also increases Max HP by 20 (+20 per stack)
Increased elite retaliation damage from 100% to 200%
Loaf Of Bread (Too Many Items) Now has a 20% chance of not being consumed after it scraps itself
Coffee Bag (Starstorm 2) Coffee Beans can now proc Collector's Compulsion
Complete Rework:
Killing an enemy randomly spills up to 4 coffee beans that increase attack speed by 7.5% (+7.5% per stack) and movement speed by 7% (+7% per stack) for 5s each.
Uranium Horseshoe (Starstorm 2) Now also increases radiation damage by 5% per stack (requires Meltdown)
Bone Visor (Bubbet's Items) Bone Shards can now proc Collector's Compulsion
Complete Rework:
6% (+1.5% per stack) chance on hit to drop a bone shard that grants barrier regeneration for 5s (+1s per stack). Barrier regeneration grants 1% barrier per second, and prevents barrier decay.

Uncommon/Green

Chance Doll Complete Rework:
Whenever a Shrine of Chance succeeds, gain a 50% chance to increase the rarity of the item. Whenever a Shrine of Chance fails, gain a 10% (+10% per stack) chance for free White Scrap to drop.
Ignition Tank Reduced ignite damage bonus from 300% to 200%
Now also ignites enemies on hit for 50% TOTAL damage, once every 8s (-15% per stack)
Harvester's Scythe Increased healing on crit from 8 (+4 per stack) to 20 (+20 per stack)
Now has a 2s cooldown between activations
Prototype Jet Boots (Starstorm 2) Changed base damage from a flat 500% to 450% (+150% per stack)
Volatile Thorium Battery Increased damage from a flat 200% to 200% (+80% per stack)
Increased damage chance from 10% to 20%

Legendary/Red

Substandard Duplicator Complete Rework:
8% chance on kill for a random temporary item to drop. You get an extra copy of any temporary items you pick up, and your temporary items last an additional 30s (+30s per stack)
Wake Of Vultures Complete Rework:
You deal 50% (+50% per stack) more damage to elites above 50% health. Upon killing an elite monster, heal for 20% of your total health and gain a 5% (+5% per stack) chance for the monster's elite aspect to drop.
Ben's Raincoat Complete Rework:
After getting inflicted with a debuff, gain 25% barrier and 3s of invulnerability. Repeatable once every 15s (-20% per stack).
Barrier decay is halted during the invulnerability time.

Boss/Yellow

Haunted Lamp (Starstorm 2) Increased damage from 200% to 300%

Void

Toxicodendron Brine (Seeking The Void) Now grants an additional 10% cooldown reduction on poison kill per stack
Corrosive Core (Vanilla Void) Now also grants a 6% chance on hit to apply Tar for 2s (+0.5s per stack)

Lunar

Longstanding Solitude Reduced interactable price increase from 50% to 25%
Now also reduces all exp you gain by 25% (+25% per stack)
Exp reduction scales with each longstanding solitude in the party
Crucifix (Too Many Items) Reduced burn damage from 25% (-7% per stack) to 20% (-10% per stack)
Now also reduces all healing by 50% (+50% per stack) while on fire
