Fixes Commando's primary fire rate being capped lower than intended due to an unused reload state.

Client-Side and Vanilla-Compatible.

Mod won't run if it detects that RiskyMod has already applied this fix.

Installation

Drop DoubleTapFix.dll into \BepInEx\plugins\
