SOTS Item Rework

Icon	Item Name	Description
	Bolstering Lantern	While at 100% health and shield, gain 20% (+20 per stack) damage.
	Nimble Fin	Gain 1 (+1 per stack) weaker base jump. (basically a merc jump)
	Escalating Expansion	Gain a stacking 5% critical strike chance on-kill for 5 seconds (+2.5s per stack). Each stack resets the duration.
	Antler Shield	Gain shield equal to 4% (+4% per stack) max health. Increase move speed by 14% (+14% per stack) while shield is active.
	Targeting Compass	15% chance to fire a micro-missile that deals 75% (+75% per stack) TOTAL damage. Micro-missiles have a 0.1 proc coefficient.
	Chance Doll	Increase Luck by 20% (+20% per stack).
	Prayer Beads	Grows in power by absorbing experience, storing 5% (+5% per item stack) of player stats per item level up. No longer needs to be scrapped/removed.
	Noxious Thorn	Enemies explode on death for 150% (+150% per stack) base damage in a 12m (+2.4m per stack) radius and poison enemies.
	Unstable Transmitter	Now an Equipment. Teleports you forwards and deals 400% base damage at the starting and end points.
	Orbital Launch Codes	10% chance on hit to launch an orbital probe that deals 750% (+750% per stack) total damage. Has a 1.0 proc co.
	Vitality Nectar	Gain a 10% (+10% per stack) stat boost while in combat.
	Runic Talisman	Gain 25% (+25% per stack) move speed and decrease slow debuffs by 50% (+25% per stack).
