Railgunner Nerf
Railgunner has been fun for me mechanically, but always felt a bit too easy, I hope to fix that with damage value tweaks
- M99 Sniper now deals 600% (from 1000%)
- Bonus damage on pefect reload now deals 300% (from 500%)
- Supercharge now deals 2400% (from 4000%)
- Cryocharge now deals 1200% (from 2000%
- HH44 Marksman now deals 350% (from 400%)

Future Plans(maybe)
Right now I can only change the damage of each of the abilities in proportion to each other and can only change the bonus damage on reload as a seperate value, I'm going to see if I can fix this- Fixed, can now change values separately
