#What
Adds several new alternate skills to the game,along with new passives and skills for modded characters. Icon submissions that look better than what I already have are accepted.

Special: Stim Shot Administer a cocktail which instantly heals for 20% of missing health and boosts attack and move speed by 25%. Scepter: Also grants 30 armor and 10% crit chance. |

Utility: Starch Bomb Stunning. Deal 75%,allies in the area are cleansed from a random debuff. |

Special: Carrier Pathogen Shoot a projectile that deals 85% and spreads to other enemies,carrying a random debuff from the last target. Scepter: Spreads to an additional enemy per debuff. |

Passive: Field Tinkering All Mechanical Allies (including other players) gain bonus stats for each stack of scrap in your inventory. |

Primary: Resonance Cascade Keep your focus on an enemy for some time to destablize their body,causing an explosion for up to 4000% damage. |

Passive: Unorthodox Rituals Whenever a tick of Bleed occurs nearby,heal 1 hp. |

Primary: Excise Fire a bolt that deals 100% damage and bleeds. Can be used while on cooldown. You cannot regenerate health while this skill is on cooldown. |

Special: Conclude Trigger all remaining Damage Over Time on an enemy twice. Can only target enemies with DoT effects on them. |

Special: Snowsculpt Cover yourself within a golem of packed snow,providing protection from attacks. Press the interact key to burst out with a freezing blast. |

Special: Integrated Beacons Temporarily Channel the effects of a Supply Beacon through Captain's prosthetics. Can be used twice per stage. Note: The duration is not long enough to hack the legendary chest, don't waste it trying. |

Passive: Micro Missile Foundry All crit chance is converted into damage for missiles that fire on crit. |

Passive: Incessant Infestation At full Corruption,burst out a gaggle of Infestors. |

Special: Glass Shadow Spawn a glass copy which mimicks your actions.Hold Longer to increase delay. Scepter: Your Reflection becomes indestructible. |

Special: Giving It a Chance Raise your shield.The next 4 times you block an explosion or melee attack,trigger an explosion for 600% damage. The 4th explosion will break your stance. |

Passive: Heart of The Forge All your attacks deal Blazing damage.(It's Blacksmith ror1). |

Passive: Jangling Spurs You can still sprint in all directions.Jump again while touching an enemy midair to bounce up off of them. |

Passive: Well Stocked Pantry The first stack of any ingredient item reduces the cooldown of CHEF's special skill. |

Passive: Faint Reverberation All Attack Speed and Movement Speed bonuses are converted to block chance for long range attacks. An attack is considered long range if the attacker is standing more than 13m away. |

Passive (Blood Well): Coldblood Store blood into 3 pips that won't decay once filled a pip can be spent to empower a skill or to survive a lethal attack. |

- Revamped Skill Registration System to provide configs for specific skills, configs regarding unfinished skills will only generate if they are enabled. As a necessary tradeoff, the mod isn't as robust to errors during initialization anymore.

- A Captain Special that allows you to trade the permenance of your beacons for the ability to carry them aroun
- A CHEF Passive that rewards you for collecting the ingredients used for the unlock after unlocking

- An alternate Blood Well for Ravager, that trades in his super mode for the ability to store uses of his upraded skills
- Paladin Resolve moved behind unfinished config as it waits for replacement with a more ror2 appropriate skill
- Paladin Glass Shadow Changes:
- Fixed multiplayer authority bug for clients trying to spawn shadows.
- Added EmoteAPI support for allowing the Glass Shadow to participate in emotes.
- Engi Field Tinkering: Removed leftover logspam
- Acrid Pathogen: Moved Scepter effect into normal skill, scepter now extends the effect past the first bounce. This was done in response to feedback indicating that the default version was not an attractive choice.
- Commando Stimpack: added a quick animation for using the skill, buffed healing and speed boost 20% of missing hp -> 50% of missing hp, 25% speed boost -> 30% speed bost. This is to hopefully compensate for the weirdness of missing hp based healing.
