Changes Sonorous Whispers so that it checks not just the player who killed the enemy, but instead goes on everyone in the team. Probably makes the item stronger but eliminates the problem of the technically optimal thing to do being to have only one player play the game, and removes the annoyance of drones stealing your kills.
TODO: Fix this so Engi turrets don't count towards player count? Or at least put a config option for this
