Arti Ice Guillotine
This mod causes the Artificer's ice execution threshold (by default 0.3) to scale with the number of Old Guillotines you have. This should allow Snap Freeze to not become useless once you start getting guillotines. This change also buffs Nano Spear and other forms of Freeze (such as Railgunner's Cryocharge).
The ice execution threshold still begins at 30% and scales by 0.7 times the Old Guillotine execution threshold. This means it will not scale over 100% no matter how many guillotines you have.
