Benthicc Bloom
This is allows bloom to convert legendary items into common items at a rate of 1 legendary item to 2 common items. as this is my first ror2 mod it may contain bugs.
Only host is needed to have the mod
- this mod might conflict with other benthic bloom mods but not sure
