Unlock all kinds of unlockables by right-clicking them in your Logbook. Right-click again to relock.
WARNING: unlocking a vanilla achievement that you don't have unlocked on Steam WILL unlock that achievement on Steam. Relocking it in the game WILL NOT relock it on Steam.
