Item Buffs

Item changes that should be in the game in my opinion.

Individual buffs can be turned off in the config.

Some changes are automatically disabled if the mods they're originally from are enabled.

Item Changes

Buffs / Reworks
	Hunter's Harpoon Functions like how it does in Risk of Rain: Returns Now is 1s (+1s per stack) Buff is now 1 stack granting 125% speed, instead of a stacked buff. Killing enemies increases the duration of the buff.
	Leech Seed Now heals 0.2 (+0.2 per stack) health on damage over time ticks.
	Aegis Now sets Barrier Decay rate to 0. This is not as powerful as it may sound.
	Laser Scope Now grants 10% crit chance on first stack.
	Titanic Knurl Now grants 15 (+15 per stack) armor.
	Singularity Band Now 150% (+150% per stack) Total damage. This item feels like they nerfed it twice during development and never reversed it so it deserves a little buff.
	Eulogy Zero Elites now have a 10% (+5% per stack) chance to spawn as Perfected.
	Beads of Fealty Now spawns 1 (+1 per stack) Twisted Scavengers.
Minor / For fun changes
	Red Whip Gets interrupted by less shift moves.
	Squid Polyp Squid Turrets now tagged as mechanical. (Immune to void Infestors, gets Captain Microbots)
	Wake of Vultures Can now steal Voidtouched.
	Defense Nucleus They now steal elite effects from enemies they slay.
	Elite Equipment Now grant their effects to minions.
	Void Elite Aspect Can now drop as an equipment.
	Focused Convergence Has a minimum on shrinkage to keep things playable. No longer capped at 3.
