Min Cooldown Adjuster
Sets the minimum cooldown to 0 seconds and allows you to adjust the minimum cooldown. Absolutely crazy mod.
- Made as a request, as a mod which did this previously existed but is no longer on thunderstore (PurityCooldownRemover by AryToNeX), apparently. This is basically the same code but with a config now.
