Relic
- WIP.

Adds the Relic, a heavy duty character with extreme firepower, as both a playable survivor and a hostile enemy! This character is more of an experiment for me. Tried a lot of new things. hope you have fun!
I really really appreciate feedback regarding this character! its new so lots will change.
Now also added as a dangerous lategame mob with a hitscan laser attack and shoots an explosive projectile if you get too close.
- The enemy is disabled by default in the config.
- Appears after first loop and should slowly start replacing Lemurians as an upgraded ranged fodder enemy.
- The enemy is heavily experimental right now. it might even be complete bullshit. disable it in the config if you dont want to see it.
- Also has a config option to enable the mob starting from stage 1

Gameplay changes and PVP fixes

Decreased Relic's hurtbox size considerably.

Empowered Marble Cannons no longer has falloff and has doubled range.

Crit for Marble Cannons is now rolled once instead of once for both attacks.

Decreased the duration of Lunar Encore's second use, but kept the fire time the same. (meaning it shoots at the same speed but you can use other abilities quicker)

Reposition no longer cancels itself (Hardlight Afterburner fix)

Reposition should now only buff Marble Cannons once

Lowered the velocity boost from catching Lunar Encore's bouncing projectile during Reposition.
