Makes the Breach feel lived in.
How many hundreds of times have you been in the Breach? It's cold. It's dark. There's nothing to look at exept gray stone.
Well it's time to change that! Fix those broken floor tiles, stitch up those carpets. Hang up some banners, bring out the food and drink! Make the Breach feel like a place worth hanging out in again.
(The change is purely cosmetic, you won't be able to break or interact with any new objects.)
