Spawns both variants of the flash shield so you can pick them up to unlock them in the item spawner.
I've created this character due to a bug in the Flash Shield mod that results in it being locked in the item spawner. The creator does not have a way to fix it, so this character is a work around.
Just load up this character, go straight to the nearest supply point, and spawn the flash shield and pick it up. This will unlock it in the item spawner for you.
