Mac Encounters Mod

A mod that adds 5 new encounters to Act 1 and Kaycee's mod. It takes advantage of things you can't do in encouters JSONloader, like deathcards and modified cards.

Encounters

The encounters are:

  • Fossum (Snowline):

A large clearing littered with frozen oppssums and dead plants is presented in front of you. Clearly, some sort of flash freeze happened here. Suddenly, a herd of roaming Wild Bulls attack! Keep your wits sharp, as they'll make quick work of yo by letting the oppossums soak up the damage if you don't.

  • Rival-Surviviors (Snowline):

Face off against a horde of hungry deathcards ready to eat your creatures! Luckily, a wild packrat came to the rescue with an item (it still wants to kill you).

  • Rival-Birds (Forest):

You've come accross another survivor's troupe, and they aren't looking for a truce. Dispose of them before their feathery meangerie shows it's true colors.

  • Mountain-Trail (Forest):

A long and winding trail up a rocky clifface leaces you to a lone packmule... But why did it's owners leave so suddenly? A sense of unease fills the air as you know this is prime coyote territory. A bad omen, to be sure.

  • Tadpole (Swamplands):

Your trek on muddy ground has led you straight into a deep pond. Keep your animals heads above water, as this pool is choked with tanky reptiles.

This mod has Dynamic Support for the following mods, and adds new encounters if you have them enabled:

  • Nevernamed's Beastiary:
    • Pyromania (Swamplands):

The path before you is saturated with all colors of small reptiles and insects. Your pack of creatures behind you wimper and cower behind you. It seems this area is notorious among the wildlife for something...

If you have Bitty's Regions enabled, this encounter will also appear in Magma Flow.

There is no guaruntee that this mod will function if card mods are enabled, but removed from the pool via PackManager. Although you probably shouldn't be using it anyway because it sucks
