Fork of TornadoMods' PeterSpringer. Reskins the Coil Head to be Peter Griffin. Includes SFX.Reskins the Spring to be a model of Peter. Includes SFX for the spring noise.

Known Issues
- Currently only the host will see Peter Coil but also be unable to hear the SFX.
- Clients will not see PeterCoil, however they will hear the SFX.
