v40 Fall Damage mod

This mod changes the fall damage to how it was in v40.

• Fall damage from v40 (less damage)
• Required falling speed to take damage from v40 (less required speed)
• A config file and toggling the mod from within the terminal

The command in the terminal to toggle it is 'v40falldamage'

You are required to have TerminalAPI (version 1.2.0 or higher) for this mod to work.
