v40 Fall Damage Standalone mod

This mod changes how the fall damage back to v40.

• Fall damage from v40 (less damage)
• Required falling speed to take damage from v40 (less required speed)
• A config file which you can use to enable/disable the mod

This is just like the normal mod, however without unnecessary dependencies (BepInEx is still needed!)
