Reshade

I highly recommend installing Reshade by Segich, which will make the game even more immersive. You can find installation guide on Segich's mod page
Configuration
You can always change some mod settings using LethalConfig in the game menu (you may need to restart the game)
You can also use AdvancedCompany settings when hosting the game (new items, perks, ship upgrades, etc.)
More Stuff
My suits already installed in the mod pack ( 
added them to farm some downloads), but you can always add more mods to the modpack with costumes, cosmetics, moons, etc.
