Collection of QOL/fixes/tweaks plus some small content additions without moving too far from vanilla game

A few moons & interiors added, minor balance adjustments (mostly tweaks to odd vanilla behavior), some new scrap/equipment, minor fun changes, etc :)

All configs included, with custom adjustments on some that were worth changing
