Lets items blocked only by vanilla's Utility Slot flag, such as Shovels, Keys, and Ammo, use the built-in Utility Slot. No extra slots or configuration.

Fixes friendly fire for shovels and shotguns, prevents shotgun misfires, and allows configuring weapon damage.

Improves jetpack handling, makes falling with a jetpack act like a parachute, and removes jetpack collision damage.
