Make sure your game is closed first, then Download and Install BepInEx 5 , More_Suits if you haven't already. (run the game once after installing for necessary files to generate)

Drag the BepInEx folder from the FNAF1_Suits zip into the game's root folder OR manually put the images from FNAF1_Suits/ManualSkins into BepInEx/plugins/moresuits (if the images are in BepInEx/plugins/moresuits then its done correctly)
