Lethal Company+ is a massive gameplay overhaul and feature-rich enhancement modpack for Lethal Company (v72), designed to level-up the co-op horror scavenging experience. Built on quality-of-life improvements, progression systems, and modded content from across the community, it aims to be the ultimate "vanilla+" experience.
Every mod in this modpack has been carefully selected and fine-tuned through configurations to deliver a balanced (and optimized) gameplay adventure. Additionally, the modpack includes exclusive custom events, with three custom moons locked in the terminal at the start of the game (which can only be unlocked by finding their corresponding logs on vanilla planets).

A moon of dark secrets, jagged terrain, and carved stone said to be the homeworld of the Masked.
Vanilla moons have been rebalanced with new structures, fire exits, mobility, and more.

Coil-Heads now slowly turn to face you, even when you’re looking directly at them. You can permanently deactivate a Coil-Head by slicing off its head with the knife dropped by the Butler—once detached from the neck, the head can be retrieved as a scrap item that can be sold to the Company. However, be careful: the more kinetic energy a Coil-Head dissipates when coming to a halt, the less volatile it becomes, and after it stops, you have only a 3–5 second window to retrieve its head before the entity explodes.
Jesters now shake screens, slam doors, cause fear, have dynamic cranking, and open early when hit.
Barbers have been completely remodeled and retextured, incorporating a variety of improvements.
Masked enemies now mimic a player’s appearance and voice, turning them into stealthy, deceptive predators that blend seamlessly into your team—until it’s too late.
Turrets can now be permanently disabled by severing their wires with the knife dropped by the Butler; when struck, they enter a berserker mode before shutting down for good.
Mushrooms that can infect the player with a deafening disease for 60 seconds (can spread to other players).
This towering Satyrid-Proceritas variant is a rare passive giant, more focused on hunting its own kind than humans. Though generally peaceful, its massive size makes it a trampling hazard—so admire from a distance, and stay out from underfoot.
An apex predator built for speed and terror, stalking the moon’s surface and preying on anything it sees—except you, though you’re far from safe. If spotted, it unleashes devastating scream, slash, or throw attacks.
A vision-reactive entity that hides in the dark, drawn to light and movement. While not a constant threat, its unpredictable appearances add tension and chaos, especially when paired with other enemies.
Aggressive aquatic predators lurking in the depths, dragging players underwater to be devoured by their young. Your only hope of survival: flee at the first warning or cling to a charged stun device.
Once fierce, Coil-Crabs are now harmless scavengers weakened by radiation, reduced to feeding on scraps. But don’t get too close—they're highly conductive.
The spawn of the Ogopogo, and come out during floods or after their parent Ogo has dragged prey into their nest. Try smacking em!
Four-legged fungi creatures related (non-biologically) to Spore lizards. Just like spore lizards, they wander around and remain passive, though Prototax will release toxic spore clouds if damaged.
An entity that hunts and absorbs light and energy, growing stronger as it drains the environment into darkness. Once fully charged, it unleashes blinding attacks and hunts players—but overcharging stuns it, offering a brief window to strike back.
A tall, faceless humanoid who stalks those who collect mysterious pages scattered throughout the facility. Silent and relentless, it grows more aggressive the more pages are found.
