We used the Config editor with r2modman to make everything how we intended. If you use this pack on your own, this is recommended. We noticed a lot of mods were disabled and needed to be changed in the Config editor or modified in some way. We also "tied" certain interiors to certain moons, so your hosted games may differ from ours.
It's been reported to take 1-5 minutes for the game to boot up for the first time with this modpack. It takes us about 30-60 seconds to load everything and start playing.
There is a known issue with shotguns only being seen and used by the host, which should be fixed with future updates from either the mod makers or Lethal Company.
