Gear/item descriptions that stayed alien (e.g. Contraband Gats) now translate — they read a raw .text field via TextBlocks.GetString, which bypassed the patched GetText.
Replaced the 1.2.0 font swap (too timing-dependent) with an always-on redirect of TMP's <font=H> lookup (MaterialReferenceManager.TryGetFontAsset) — catches every alien run at render time, however the text was produced.
Redirect uses the game's own normal UI font, so translated text looks native.
Added tag-stripping to the TextBlocks.GetString overloads that gear names/types/descriptions actually use.
1.2.0 (2026-07-25)
Added
Font swap: redirects the alien "H" font itself to a readable one, so any <font=H> text renders in English no matter where it comes from — not just the spots the tag-stripper patched. Same EnableTranslation toggle, reversible live.
Kept the tag-stripping patches as a backup layer for components with rich text disabled.
1.1.0 (2026-07-25)
Added
In-game toggle: EnableTranslation config (default on), editable live via Sparroh's ModSettingsMenu F10 overlay — switch between readable English and the Hashetty look, no restart.
PluginName changed to "Translator" so ModSettingsMenu's substring-based config matching can find it (GUID unchanged, so existing configs/installs are unaffected).
Centralized the tag-stripping into one code path (no behavior change).
1.0.0 (2026-07-23)
Added
Initial release
Strips alien-language font tags (<font=H>, </font>) from as much in-game text as I could get it to.
Works automatically, no configuration needed
