Reworked PvP mod based off of sinai-dev's **PvP** mod for **Outward Definitive Edition**

Automatically replaces waterskin from hotbar with another waterskin from pouch/bag

Adds a new rune combination that conjures the Runic Bow, a summoned bow that spends Mana instead of arrows and deals Ethereal damage.

Adds a new rune combination that raises the Runic Barrier, a ward that splits incoming damage between Health and Mana.

Cleaner pickup notifications above the bottom-right hotbar, with icons, combined item quantities and a queue for large loot hauls. Configurable. Experimental release for Outward Definitive Edition.
