Adds craftable runic weapons to Outward Definitive Edition.

Adds a craftable Runic Dagger: a Rondel Dagger reshaped with Crystal Powder and Hackmanite into an ethereal off-hand weapon.

This mod revamps the trainers' skill trees, making them more specialized and geared toward challenging cooperative gameplay, while also introducing players to new game mechanics to enhance their Outward gaming experience.
