Allows you to get all the enchanting recipes from some designated libraries around the world, and also adds guaranteed advanced incense recipes from the Arcanist merchant in Sorobor Academy, hopefully reducing reliance on the game's wiki for doing enchanting.

Installation
- 1 Download BepInEx
- 2 Download SideLoader
- 3 Unpack the contents of the zip file into the ...OutwardDefinitiveEd\BepInEx\plugins\permittivity-enchantinglibrary
Information
To make enchanting easier without the use of the game's wiki there are two changes added:
- Enchanting Libraries to make enchanting scrolls more consistent to acquire.
- Addition to Ryan Sullivan's (the Arcanist) stock to make advanced incense recipes easier to acquire.
Enchanting Libraries
The library is divided into three groups:
- Soroborean enchanting recipes: This type of enchanting uses the standard enchanting table. All Soroborean recipes can be found in the upper section of the Forgotten Research Laboratory. Accessing this area requires (almost) completing the Rust and Vengeance quest. The recipe books are located in the various bookcases.
- Location: Can be found at the floor where there are 2 Beast Golems, 1 Sword Golem, 1 Galvanic Golem, and 2 Arcane Elemental (Decay).
- Enchanting Guild recipes: This type of enchanting uses the Enchanting Guild building, which can be constructed by the player during the Sirocco quest line. The recipe book is placed beside the enchanting altar.
- Expanded Library recipes. This is the upgraded version of the Enchanting Guild building. The Expanded Library provides access to more recipes than the Enchanting Guild. The recipe book is placed beside the enchanting altar.
New enchanting recipe scrolls added through mods are also automatically sorted by enchanting group (soroborean/enchanting guild/expanded library) and added to the libraries.

Addition to Ryan Sullivan's (the Arcanist) stock
To make acquiring the advanced incenses more consistent, the alchemy recipes for the incenses (Apollo Incense, Comet Incense, Luna Incense, Morpho Incense, Sylphina Incense) have been added to Ryan Sullivan, Arcanist as a guaranteed source. This removes another potential roadblock that might send people to the wiki, as making the wrong incense can waste a lot of time farming tourmaline or purifying quartz.

Incompatibilities
This mod probably does not work well with UnlimitedTownBuilding as my mod relies on checking the New Sirocco scene for the enchanting guild gameobjects.
