A modding API for Risk of Rain 2

A difficulty mod that adds 21 new skills for enemies to use, amongst other tweaks!

Lets you choose which monitor the game runs on, right from the in-game settings: Adds a **Display Monitor** option to **Options → Video**. This setting persists across restarts, so the game will launch onto whichever display you set.

Satoru Gojo as a playable survivor: steerable Blue and Red, Hollow Purple, flight on the jump key, Unlimited Void. Also the shared library for Sukuna, Yuji and Todo, so install it alone if you only want Gojo.

FULLY CONFIGURABLE - Trophy items drop on kill instead of from the teleporter. Removes overgrown printers, reworks Trophy Hunter's Tricorn, and turns Wake of Vultures into a boss item.

Makes Elites actually Tweaked :)!

AH-64, an attack helicopter survivor. Hovers, never lands, and brings the whole weapons load.
