adds skins for my friends and I. also adds one skill, difficulty, and a few friendly turrets! still working on other stuff.

Friendly Turrets!

Still a work in progress, but:
A purchaseable singleton walking turret with (eventually) a little bit of personality, inspired by the Best Buddy from Alloyed Collective.
Every stage, a random Friendly Turret is selected. Can you find and help them?
You are only allowed to have one type of Friendly Turret per player.
Once all players collect all available Friendly Turret types, the Friendly Turrets no longer spawn until one meets a woeful end.
Their balancing is open to discussion! If you feel it is underwhelming/overpowered, or have other suggestions for tuning or general feedback, let me know!
