Card adjustments

• Card Collector: Stats (before: +5%, after: +4%)
• Drum mag: Ammo (before: +40, after: +15), Movement Speed (before: -5%, after: -15%)
• Ammo Shipping Container: Ammo (before: +99, after: +55), Movement Speed (before: -10%, after: -30%)
• Extended Mag: Simple stat for ammo now better reflects how much ammo it gives you.
• Gas Gas Gas: Now has card art. (overdue)
