- New "Biome Weights" option (off by default): fish prefer their home water. Fishing in Ashlands mostly yields Ashlands fish instead of a random mix from everywhere. "Local Biome Share" sets how local it feels (0-1, default 0.7 = about 7 of 10 fish are local; 1 = only local fish).
- New "Biome Bait Filter" option (off by default): a biome's own trophy bait becomes a targeting tool. Using Ashlands bait while fishing in Ashlands water means only Ashlands fish show up and bite. Plain Fishing Bait never locks anything, and bait for some other biome behaves as usual.
- How they combine: Weights alone = mostly local fish no matter what bait you use. Filter alone = normal mixed catches, until you deliberately use the local biome's bait for a guaranteed 100% local lock. Both on = a chill local-leaning default plus an "aim mode" when you want to target one biome. Note: if you always fish with the special bait, Weights is redundant — the filter already forces local-only.
