Fruit Trees

Description

Adds Avocado, Coconut, Papaya, Peach, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Mango, Pear, Banana, Granny Smiths Apple, Pink Lady Apple, Cherry and Walnut Tree's.

Walnut Tree has been remade. It refuses to sway, looking for a replacement model.

All models are using 512 Textures with Bilinear filtering and the vanilla vegetation shader.
