Harvest monster corpses with E — crouch with your knife visibly in hand. Knife damage, Knives skill and creature size shape speed, yield, jackpots and trophies. Cancelled harvests save progress. Works with modded creatures.
Config descriptions and the F1 Configuration Manager's setting/section
names now show in Korean when the game's language is Korean (English
otherwise), matching every other in-game text.
Harvest pose changed from kneeling to the same crouch as pressing C, with
an optional arm-motion overlay on top (Harvest Hand Motion: Workbench by
default, or Cauldron/Forge/None), its own speed and strength settings —
visible to every other player too, not just yourself.
The harvest knife (or empty hands, bare-handed) now shows in your hand
while harvesting — visual only, restored automatically to whatever you
actually had equipped as soon as the harvest ends.
Harvest progress now saves per corpse: a cancelled harvest resumes from
where it left off (even if a different player finishes it), and aiming at
a partially-harvested corpse shows the saved progress percentage.
Moving (gamepad included), blocking, attacking, dodging, or jumping — or
the crouch pose itself breaking for any reason — now cancels an
in-progress harvest (progress up to that point is saved).
New settings: Harvest Hand Motion, Harvest Hand Motion Speed, Harvest Hand
Motion Strength, Show Harvest Knife In Hand, Cancel On Action, Save
Harvest Progress.
1.1.0
Creature size now scales harvest time and Knives XP (Size Scaling, Size
Reference Health).
Tough creatures: a weak tagged knife (or bare hands) no longer blocks
harvesting — it reduces yield instead, down to a configurable floor
(Tough Creature Tiers, Weak Knife Min Yield).
Freshness: corpses yield less the longer they've been dead (Freshness
Min Yield, Fresh Duration Fraction).
Durability Save: Knives skill gives a chance to skip the knife's
durability drain entirely.
Auto Loot: at a high enough Knives skill, a knife harvest's results go
straight into your inventory.
Harvesting now leaves a pick-up-able bone pile (human remains, or
"Animal bones" for four-legged beasts), sized to the creature and placed
on the actual ground/floor beneath the corpse.
Creature Health Overrides for modded creatures whose registered base
health isn't representative.
