A window in the game's own style that lists every installed mod with settings and edits them: switches, numbers with minus, plus and a typed value, shortcuts set by pressing keys, choice lists and text.
Every change is saved to the mod's config file at once and handed to the mod.
Escape closes the window without closing the inventory; keys typed in the window never reach the game.
