Manual installation

Install any mod loader such as UE4SS, UnrealModLoader, or unreal shimloader.
Put the CatLamps.pak file from pak folder in the downloaded archive into VotV\Content\Paks\LogicMods in your game folder.
Start your game. You can find the cat lamps in Store > Deco > Lights.
Put Red,Green,Blue,Cyan,Magenta and Yellow lamps on the workbench to craft a rainbow one.
Experiment and try to get the secret other 2 lamps.
