Adds a Quickstart option to the main menu that drops you straight into a pilgrimage in the room kind and ship loadout you last used, skipping the hub entirely.
The Tutorial button is hidden on every profile, not only at max rank; Quickstart takes
its slot. Button/HideTutorial turns it back on for a profile that still needs the
Awakening.

The ship loadout now follows the one the profile remembers - the last pick at the hub
terminal, or the last run - instead of always launching Frigate/Freedom.
Selection/UseLastSelected (default on) switches it; the ship and loadout names remain
the fallback and the choice when it is off.
The room kind is remembered too: solo, hosted private or hosted public, with the player
limit and room name of the last run you hosted. Launch/RememberSessionType (default on)
records it; Launch/SessionType, Launch/PlayerLimit and Launch/RoomName hold it and
can be set by hand.
