Modding Server:

Passive-ish Changes:

  • Hemorrhage Damage 2000% => 1600%.
  • Hemorrhage Duration 15s => 4s.
    • Hemorrhage doesn't take ten million years to fully apply anymore, making it more prominent in the kit.

M1 Changes:

  • Burst Damage Coefficient 100% => 75%.
  • Burst Proc Coefficient 0.5 => 0.7.
    • Much needed nerf to Bandit's extremely high M1 power budget, with a compensation for scaling later on.
  • Burst now fires automatically every 0.12s.
  • Blast Damage Coefficient 330% => 220%.
    • Much needed nerf to Bandit's extremely high M1 power budget, slightly more than that of Burst's though, due to having higher burst potential, better proc DPS and DPS at range.
  • Blast Ammo Count 4 => 6.
    • Adding a fun gimmick to make it more distinct.
  • Blast now fires automatically every 0.12s.

M2 Changes:

  • Serrated Dagger Damage Coefficient 360% => 600%.
  • Serrated Dagger Cooldowns 4s => 7s.
  • Serrated Dagger now lunges.
    • Increased cooldowns to balance out Lights Out better, higher damage to make it more prominent and lunge for some mobility aside from Smoke Bomb.
  • Serrated Shiv Damage Coefficient 240% => 200%.
  • Serrated Shiv Stock 1 => 2.
  • Serrated Shiv Cooldown 4s => 10s.
  • Serrated Shiv now recharges 2 stock at once.
  • Serrated Shiv now sidesteps.
    • Same thing here, but this one is more suited for applying Hemmorhage and or with Lights Out, although harder to use effectively and with no AoE.

Utility Changes:

  • Smoke Bomb Cooldown 6s => 8s.
    • Decent nerf to a get out of jail free card, making it require more thought before using, hopefully.
  • Smoke Bomb now ignites.
    • Ignition Tank

Special Changes:

  • Lights Out Damage Coefficient 600% => 800%.
    • Makes it scale a bit better.
  • Lights Out Cooldown 4s => 6s.
    • A nerf to Lights Out to punish missing more.
  • Desperado Damage Coefficient 600% => 800%.
    • Makes it scale a bit better.
  • Desperado Cooldown 4s => 6s.
  • Desperado Damage Per Token 60% => 44%.
  • Both Specials no longer get canceled by sprinting.

Misc Changes:

  • Serrated Shiv Achievement now requires only 4 Hemmorhage stacks.
