Optional Locus

Adds a portal to the Void Locus in the Bazaar next to the null portal. Functions similarly, once you've used it, you can't use it again for the run. You have to charge all of the signals to be able to go to the next stage using the Null Portal that spawns next to the Deep Void portal.
