The return of the horribly unbalanced game-breaking unused item, The Wicked Ring
With this mod installed, you can find the unused item, Wicked Ring as a red tier item.
Wicked Ring grants 5% crit chance on the first stack, and reduces all skill cooldowns by 1 second upon critical strikes. Yes, it is broken, so be aware.
