Harpoons

Engi is fun, but what if he had more harpoons

Engineer's Thermal Harpoons now deal 160% (from 500%) and have a proc coefficient of 0.2(from 1)
Engineer's Thermal Harpoons now fire 3 (from 1) projectiles getting a total 9 with I.C.B.M.
Engineer's TR12 Gauss Auto-Turret and TR58 Carbonizer Turret now launches a Thermal harpoon periodically (every 10s at base)
Harpoons launched by turrets deal 400% damage and have a proc Coefficient of 0.2
TR12 Gauss Auto-Turret's damage is now 170% (from 210%)
TR58 Carbonizer Turret's damage is now 160% (from 200%)
TR-40 Vanquisher Auto-Turret: a mobile turret with a burst for 6x20% that bounces between targets and 3x30% burst of missiles
