Flood Warning

Flood Warning is a collaborative project to introduce new mechanics, elites, items, skills, etc. thought up by the community.

Artifacts

  • Artifact of Befuddle:

All items are a random tier of rarity.

  • Artifact of Cruelty:

Enemies can have multiple Elite types.

  • Artifact of Dissidence:

Enemies and Bosses can be Elite types they aren't normally able to become.

  • Artifact of Transmutation:

Get a random skill loadout each time you spawn in to a map.

  • Artifact of Newt:

Blue orbs always appear on the teleporter.

  • Artifact of Order:

Each time you acquire an item, you are re-ordered.

  • Artifact of Warden:

All enemies summon a Void Reaver imprisonment bubble upon death. The size depends on the type of enemy.

  • Artifact of Greed:

Doubles the spawns of interactables. Enemy spawns are also doubled.

  • Artifact of Atlas:

All Shrines provide a Challenge of the Mountain on top of their intended use. Works similarly to the Defiant Gouge lunar item.

  • Artifact of Obliteration:

All optional enemies and teleporter bosses scale much higher in difficulty.

Elites

  • Tarborne Elite:

Siphons health from its allies when approaching low health. They explode upon death.

  • Blightborne Elite:

All attacks apply the Blight debuff for 2 seconds.

  • Poisonous Elite:

All attacks apply the Poison debuff for 2 seconds.

  • Warden Elite:

Weaker enemies that summon a Void Reaver imprisonment bubble upon death.

Skills

Acrid

  • Special: Pack Leader

Summon a swarm of 4 miniature Acrids that inherit your items.

Artificer

  • Primary/Secondary: Heat Seekers

Launch a homing bolt of fire, dealing 150% damage and igniting enemies.

  • Special: Gravitic Compulsion

Launch a tethering black hole that explodes on impact when reaching a world surface, dealing 800% damage.

  • Special: Summon Elemental

Summon a Blazing Imp with random items equal to the amount of items you have currently.

Primary and Secondary attacks are now compatible in either slot.

Commando

  • Primary: Stacked Shooter

Hold up to 6 bullets, each dealing 100% damage. Cooldown reloads all bullets.

  • Secondary: Portable Pocket Railgun

Fire a piercing laser, dealing 900% damage.

  • Passive: Hardened Body

1.5x base health regeneration. Scales normally.

  • Passive: Quick Legs

1.5x base movement speed.

  • Passive: Trained Gunman

1.5x base damage. Scales normally.

Engineer

  • Primary: Augmented Beam

Fire a beam that deals 200% damage.

  • Secondary: Leftover Mining Equipment

Summon a pounder that periodically damages and Weakens enemies while also pulling them towards it.

  • Utility: Panic Button

Give your allies shields equal to their maximum health that last 5 seconds, and shock any enemies near them.

  • Special: Backup Drone

Spawn a drone that inherits all of your items. Fires 4 shots dealing 100% damage. Can have up to 2.

  • Special: TR-8R Probe

Spawn a miniature Solus Probe that inherits all of your items. Fires a beam dealing 100% damage per second. Can have up to 2.

Huntress

  • Primary: Jumping Arrow

Agile. Quickly fire a seeking arrow for 100% damage that bounces to 2 additional enemies.

  • Secondary: Splinter Shot

Launch an arrow that deals 80% damage and splits into three additional shots. Every additional enemy struck will split that arrow in two, doubling the damage of the following split arrows.

  • Secondary: Charged Shot

Charge an arrow dealing up to 600% damage per stock.

Mercenary

  • Utility: Meatshield

Summon a Celestine doppelganger and teleport away from danger.

  • Special: Swarming Clones
