Tarzan Loader

A mod that makes the Loader more mobile by making the hooks (grapple fist and spiked fist) better.
What the mod does:
-Makes the range of all hooks (grapple fist and spiked fist) 3 times as long.
-Gives 4 charges of grapple fist instead of 1.
-Makes the cooldown of spiked fist be 1 second.
