Greek-god items, Legendary cards and cosmetics: Mjolnir, the Thunderbolt javelin, Pegasus, the Chains of Tartarus trap, the Forge of Hephaestus and Pandora's Box, plus Midas Touch and Pantheon (with Gentlemen's Rarity).
Six new items in the item pool: Shrink Ray, Dragon's Breath Shotgun, Plasma Beam Gun, Poison Sprayer, the D20 (a thrown die with 20 effects) and the Knockout Gas Vent (sleeping-gas floor trap).
Thirteen perk cards: Martyr, Executioner, Hoarder and Power Slap, plus the Epic Shinobi and eight stackable Legendaries for Gentlemen's Rarity (Bloodthirst, Stormcaller, Loaded Dice, Colossus, Time Lord, Kingslayer, Phoenix, Bandolier).
Five new events for when the round timer runs out, on every map: a Flood with sharks, a closing Storm circle, Lightning that hunts whoever stands highest, Musical Chairs with an unseen marksman, and Hot Potato.
24 new weapons, throwables and traps: Gravity Gun, Lasso, Ice Staff, Wrecking Ball, Duelist's Revolver, Predator Missile, Green and Blue Shells, Snowglobe, Tesla Coil, Naval Cannon, jutsu scrolls and more.
Rounds-style card picking: after each round the players pick one card at a time, each from a freshly rolled full set, the players who are behind first. The round winner does not pick.
Four city maps: Rooftop Greenhouse (breakable glass, water-tank dunk), The Clock Tower (a bell you can slap), Tram Crossing (a tram runs through) and Skyscraper Under Construction (a swinging crane). Replaces Rooftop Greenhouse.
Vote on the next map: after each card phase a ballot deals out three unplayed maps plus Random as cards; most votes wins, ties are random. Keys 1-4 or the D-pad. Works with Gentlemen's Draft.
Mount Olympus: a floating summit with four god islands whose shrines give short buffs, cloud ferries, a wind horn, breakable statues and automata, and winged rescues when you fall.
Loads custom map packs (like City Lights) and runs their extras: breakable glass and collapsing structures, shark water, bells, trams, cranes, lifts, item racks, map traps and the water-tank dunk.
Perk cards get rarity tiers (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary): rarer cards are dealt less often and get glowing tier effects, with face-down flips for Epic and Legendary. Tiers are editable in Gentlemen's Mod Manager.
A new rule every round: Glass Cannon, Vampires, Speed Demons, Moon Gravity, Happy Hour, Specialists or Explosive Exits, announced with a banner.
Mod Settings (formerly Mod Manager): a SETTINGS button on each mod in the game's own Mods menu to tune its options, every weapon's spawn rate and perk rarity tiers. The host's values are used in a lobby.
Two ridden vehicles in the item spawns: the Hamster Ball (roll around in a glass ball, bowl players over, ram other balls) and the Steamroller (steer with A/D, squash players paper-flat). Both smash breakable map pieces.
A new map: a city rooftop at dusk with a glass greenhouse (breakable walls and roof), a lower terrace, a water tower, cannons and 16 spawns. Fall off and you get dunked out of the water tank.
