A menu API for modded Gungeon

Disables Steam integrations to fix crashing / restart loops when running modded Gungeon on Linux

adds an alternate version of WafflesAreTasty's Sonic the Hedgehog as a playable character

Fixes bugs in mods that are unlikely to receive updates.
