Saffron - Supply Raid Character

Who can afford gear, better to loot it from others. Designed to be used with the Safehouse Progression mod, Saffron focuses on slow progression based around loot drops.

Features

  • Melee Start - Start with a free melee weapon and work your way up
  • Token Management - A focus on prioritising spending of tokens
  • Loot Drops - Weapons, tokens and grenades can drop on killed sosigs
  • Limited Ammo Focus - Expensive upgrades and ammo refill costs

Future Updates

Saffron will be updated periodically as Supply Raid gets fixes and other balances changes are needed. The primary focus is for a realatively balanced expericence for Safehouse Progression.

A dedicated Saffron sosig faction will also be developed at some stage, a focus on long form play with a scaling difficulty but with higher rewards.

Notes: Balance Update, mostly bring costs to a more enjoyable level and less grinding. Increased token drop chance and reduced item drop chance to give more long term investments over clutch items

Future Changes:

Right now the character is using Pictinny buy items (Except for the loot drops), this will be swapped to a universal type set soon

  • Added 12 Gauge Shells to Buy Menu (Comes with 6 for 1 token) - Shells would cost 1 token per shell on the ammo table
  • Added Bolt Action Shotgun to starting Gear - To help the early game

Cost

  • Increased Points per level to 2 after the 5th level
  • New Magazine Cost reduce to 3 from 10
  • Upgrade Magazine Cost to 6 from 10
  • Duplicate Magazine Cost to 5 from 10
  • Iron Sights Cost to 1 from 2
  • Reduced All Items costs by half - Except the Backpack
  • Grenades now cost 2 or less

Loot

  • Increased Gold Token chance from 0.1 to 0.125
  • Reduced Grenade chance from 0.075 to 0.07
  • Reduced Pistol drop chance from 0.075 to 0.07
