Gives the "fear" mechanic (seeing a dead body, seeing a forest giant) a gameplay purpose.

It allows you to view the tools in your reserved slot in your normal inventory (v81)

[v81+] Over time many Company 'Assets' go missing, this mod will give you the opportunity to find some of them in the facility! (Spawns UNIQUE versions of shop items and new tools in the dungeon which can be sold or used!)
