EpicLoot EpicConfig

If you happen to be on a previous version and or was using BowPlugin i would remove that mod for now as it conflicts with EpicLoot and disables enchanting table from showing up in build menu.

This is a standalone config that adds integration between EpicLoot and over a dozen mods adding hundreds of new pieces of gear to craft/loot/enchant!
