Sundials for Valheim's honest sun: a stone dial, a great sun circle for your base (granite, black marble or grausten) and a pocket ring dial. Real shadows tell the hour; align them by eye or the old way with chalk.

Measure your ship's speed the way sailors did: heave a chip log over the stern, turn the sandglass and count the knots. Plus a bronze patent log with dial and odometer.
